Get Ozlo Care

Ozlo Care is Ozlo’s protection program available in the US for Ozlo Sleepbuds. It offers a range of benefits including coverage of accidental damage (including liquid damage), parts and battery failure (after warranty), loss or theft. 

Plan Types

Ozlo Care is available only in the US through the Ozlo website. There are two variations of the Ozlo Care plan that are dependent on your enrolled product:

• New Sleepbuds - Customers who enroll in Ozlo Care at or within thirty (30) days of original purchase
• 1-year fixed term
• $0 per claim deductible
• Your Previously Purchased Sleepbuds - Customer who enroll in Ozlo Care after thirty (30) days of original purchase 
• 1-year fixed term
• $19 per claim deductible ($0 if enrolled on or before November 30, 2025)
• Subject to thirty (30) day waiting period 

With both plans you pay once up front for twelve (12) months of coverage.

• Coverage and service apply only in the country of original purchase. 

What Ozlo Care coverage offers

• Ozlo Care provides Sleepbuds coverage for your full Ozlo Sleepbuds unit — left bud, right bud, and charging case. 
• Coverage includes theft, loss, liquid damage, mechanical/electrical breakdown, and parts/battery failure, even beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

Transferability

• Ozlo Care plans are not transferable. This means your plan is tied to the specific device for which it was purchased and cannot be moved to another device, email address, or transferred to a new owner.

Upfront Plan for New Ozlo Sleepbuds:

• Ozlo Care: $60 per year
• Deductible for All Claims: $0 per claim

Upfront Plan for Ozlo Sleepbuds Owned For More Than 30 Days:

• Ozlo Care: $60 per year 
• Deductible for All Claims: $19 per claim
• Subject to thirty (30) day waiting period

Exclusions:

• Fraud and pre-existing damage 

Single Claim Limit

• Wholesale value of replacement part(s)

Maximum Claim Limit:

• Wholesale value of full Sleepbuds device replacement 

Number of Claims:

• Unlimited

Claim Annual Limit: $1,100 

Wait Period: Thirty (30) days for mechanical and electrical breakdown coverage and for customers who purchase Ozlo Care more than 30 days following the date of their original Sleepbuds purchase.
